Our heritage is in private companies in the $3 million - $30 million transaction value range across Australia, however, we act on transactions of all sizes. Whilst we are based in Sydney, we regularly complete transactions in all states and territories throughout Australia.

Greg Quinn is the founder of Private Corporate Advisory. Greg is a Certified Financial Planner with over 20 years' experience in Mergers and Acquisitions with the Financial Services Industry (Financial Planning & Accounting). Prior to founding Private Corporate Advisory, Greg held senior executive positions within the financial planning industry at Deutsche Bank, ipac Securities and Chase Corporate Advisory.

Greg brings a unique business perspective to every transaction, having previously been a significant acquirer of Financial Planning firms (over 70 acquisitions in 12 years) at his previous role at ipac and more recently at Chase assisting 30+ business owners sell their respective businesses. With previous experience in transacting on more than 100 individual Financial Planning and Accounting firms, all future business owners who choose to engage Private Corporate Advisory can be confident in maximising their own personal objective.

A key learning for Greg over these last 20 years is that in completing these transactions, not only are we often dealing with the vendors most valuable financial asset, but also the culmination of the vendors "life's work" therefore often resulting in one of the most important financial decisions in your life. This can sometimes be stressful and concerning for a vendor but given Greg has completed over 100 transactions previously, he will be there to guide you through every step in the process.
